EMPLOYEE PAY
We have less than 5% employee turnover each year. Complete Confidence Cleaning has starting employee pay of $3.00 per hour more than any other janitorial company. Each employee is paid an hourly rate and a per hour bonus based on each customer being satisfied with their work each cleaning.
If a client is dissatisfied the employee will not receive their bonus of each hour worked that week. Therefore, a full time employee could lose up to $120.00 of their pay for the week. This is absolute assurance the work gets done correctly.
In addition, all of our employees receive paid holidays after six months of employment and personal days and vacation after one year of employment.
EMPLOYEE SPONSORSHIP
Employees of Complete Confidence Cleaning must be sponsored by a current employee to be hired. In 15 years of service we have not hired one person through classified advertisements or any other means. Therefore, every person hired is already pre-screened for honesty, reliability and work ethic before ever being granted an interview.

Beginning January 2007 Complete Confidence Cleaning is partnering with The Father's House of Henderson, KY (www.thefathershouseint.com). With the addition of each new client we will sponsor a child from an orphanage operated by The Father's House in India, Ukraine, Guatemala and Zimbabwe.
